Three U.S. Bancorp Reps Named to ``50 Most Valuable Players'' List in December 2005 ``Bank Investment Consultant''

Art Davis, James "Rusty" Riley and Mark Joyner, allfinancial consultants with U.S. Bancorp Investments and Insurance,have been named to the 2005 list of "50 Most Valuable Players" by"Bank Investment Consultant".

Davis, based in Kansas City, ranked fourth. He oversees portfoliosfor approximately 1,700 clients with $85 million in deposits. He hasbeen in the investments arena for 15 years, 10 of which have been withU.S. Bancorp. The magazine highlighted the lengths to which Davis willgo to support his clients, including witnessing the second marriage ofan 85-year-old client and comforting the spouse at the funeral of a97-year-old client of 10 years.

Riley, based in Lexington, Ky., ranked 17th. Riley has made asignificant impact in just five years with U.S. Bancorp. He oversees aportfolio of 2,200 clients with deposits of $150 million. He iscredited for his ability to create trusting relationships with hisclients, and his belief in providing full service regardless of thesize or complexity of his clients' needs. Riley has worked in theinvestment industry for 16 years.

Joyner, based in Paducah, Ky., ranked 40th. Seven of his eightyears in the investments business has been with U.S. Bancorp. Heoversees portfolios for 1,400 clients with $250 million in deposits.Joiner is credited for his ability to partner with commercial andbusiness bankers to provide cross referrals and full financial serviceintroductions.
